Produced with Tempranillo grapes, handpicked at their optimum level of ripeness to produce a young fruity wine with rich aromas. The must is drawn off after a brief cold maceration with grape skin. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Bottling takes place some weeks after vintage to get a fresh and fruity wine.
