The fruit for this Riesling is sourced from dry grown 90-year-old vines just outside of the Eden Valley Township, Kroehn Cemetery Vineyard and Roesler Contour Vineyard. Farmed sustainably with organic principles and an altitude of 400 metres, these vines continue to produce a stunning Riesling year after year.

It was an exceptional year for this small parcel of Eden Valley Riesling. handpicked and whole-bunch pressed, using only the best free run juice and fermenting at cool temperatures creates this delicate floral wine. The wine was fermented dry, filtered and bottled to perfection.

"This 2021 Eden Valley has intense classic lime and lemon aromas. On the palate, the same citrus notes are accompanied by a tight mineral line. The lingering finish is well balanced with a crisp natural acidity typical of exceptional Eden Valley Riesling. A wine that will age gracefully for many years." - Winery notes
