Freeman Vineyards from the Hilltops, NSW, are the only producers of Rondinella & Corvina in Australia. These are grapes are native to Northern Italy and form part of the blend for Valpolicella wine. The grapes are dried to concentrate the flavours and give it a richness. Red and black cherries, earthy, leather, very savoury, dark chocolate, and dusty tannins.
