This vineyard is situated on a 4000ha sheep station, with the 6th, 7th and 8th generations – headed by Robert and Patricia (nee Amos) Greenhill – custodians of the land granted to James Amos in 1821. It is recognised as the 2nd-oldest family business in Tasmania. The 11ha vineyard is heavily skewed to pinot noir
"Medium depth with magenta flashes. A rush of aromas as you pour - raspberry, brioche, spice and vanilla. Vivacious, juicy and such easy drinking, with a silky sweep across the palate. Persistent with chalky and cleansing tannins to finish."
