Vines from 30 to 50 years old with limestone soils and some clay. At the foot of the
“black montain” with 300-400m of altitude. Night harvested to preserve the delicate
red fruit aromas. Cold and rainy winter, Spring rather cold and humid with some mildew issues. Hot and dry summer which allowed to have great maturity while keeping some freshness.
