Nashdale Lane is a family owned and run vineyard surrounded by orchards, olive groves sheep and cattle farms, looking over the iconic peaks of Mount Canobolas. The site, at almost 900m above sea level, enjoys fertile, nutrient-rich soil that enables it, with respect to country, to produce the highest quality, limited range of cool climate wines.
"A dark ruby colour hints at the weight of this wine. Aromas of baking spices, redcurrants, strawberry leaf, brambles and earth proclaim a parade of red fruits on the palate joined by rhubarb compote and wood spice at the back. There is a density here to revel in and a savoury fringe keeps the whole experience fresh and lively. Enjoy with spicy chorizo and caramelised onions." - Erez Gordon, Carboot Wines
