"A stunning rendition; the perfumed bouquet shows Black Doris plum, blueberry, floral, olive and almond characters with a touch of pepper spice. It's wonderfully weighted on the palate, exhibiting outstanding fruit purity and persistency, gorgeously framed by velvety tannins. Opulent yet elegant with an impressive long gratifying finish." - 96 Points, Sam Kim (Wine Orbit)

"Plush, vibrant and enticing bouquet loaded with ripe black currant and fresh black pepper, violets and toasty oak. A youthful wine with velvet tannins and a back bone of acidity. Fruit flavours of currant and black cherry, toasty wood, clove and baking spices. Youthful, lengthy and needs some time." - 93 Points, Cameron Douglas MS

"Bright, moderate ruby-red with a purple hue, lighter in purple on the rim. The bouquet is softly full, elegantly penetrating nuances of red plums, red berries, entwined with smoked meat, tobacco and a herbaceous underlay. Medium-full bodied, bright nuances of red plums and berries are supported by lacy acidity. Integrated aromas of smoked meat, tobacco contributes to the breadth of the palate, subtle herbaceous notes of peppermint and black pepper linger on the finish. Mouthwatering acidity lifted the palate and injected vitality, flows with fine-grain, powdery tannin. This is a harmonious Syrah with elegant weight, red fruit and smoked meat, tobacco complexities on a fresh and fine-textured palate." - 18.5/20, Raymond Chan
