Sven Joschke La Adelina Rosé 2021 (Barossa Valley, South Australia) "...feijoa, kiwi fruit, zesty..."
Inspired by his experience making wine in Jura, France, Sven's mission has been simple from the get go - make it delicious, work your backside off, do it with love and most importantly, let nature do the talking.
"Fruit sourced from the cute block and other lads at the Valley Hotel - all located in Vine Vale Barossa Valley on the Valley floor. Mourvedre 50%, Grenache 40% and Cinsault 10%... fruit hand picked at sun rise, chilled for 24 hrs, crushed and co-macerated until I say when. Pressed and sat in neutral oak for 6 months. Full-blown malo, unfined and unfiltered. Get excited!" - Winery Notes
"Luxurious ripe nectarine skin colour presages anything but your average meh! rose. Unashamedly savoury on the nose with flirtatious hints of fejoia and kiwi fruit. The palate delivers more ripe fruit alongside zesty cucumber notes. Needless to say finishes bone dry. Interest and flavour win the day here." - Erez Gordon, Carboot Wines
