Reviews of the 2014 vintage;
"A powerhouse, but not overdone; excellent texture and structure ex high quality, ripe, but fine, tannins; considerable length. Gold medal Victorian Wine Show '15. Screwcap." - 95 Points, James Halliday
"Heathcote shiraz, mostly de-stemmed but roughly 12% whole bunches included in the ferment. Mostly matured in French oak (90%), the remainder in used American. It sees some new oak but only a small percentage. It looks and tastes of purple. It has that purple fruit character to it, that wealth of berried goodness. There are pepper spice notes, graphite and gum leaf, with a rusty/earthen character folded in with the tannin. Indeed it’s quite a firm wine, in a good and balanced way, with musky milk chocolate and floral characters lifting through the finish. Pretty damn good." - 93 Points, Campbell Mattinson
