"The grapes were gently whole bunch pressed and transferred to seasoned French oak barrels for fermentation. The wine remained on yeast lees in barrel for three months prior to bottling. Tellurian Rosé is a pale salmon colour and shows a complex bouquet of juvey red fruit with some yeasty complexity from barrel fermentation. The light weight palate is dry and savoury showing red apple, red currant and cranberry fruit flavours. The fine chalky texture is well supported by mouth watering acidity providing a clean fresh finish."
