The grapes are 5% whole bunch, and 95% destemmed, fermentation vessel combination of open and closed stainless steel tanks.
Matured in French oak barriques for 9 months.
"Red cherry with crimson hue. Fresh red fruit aromatics with background notes of sage, terracotta and a hint of black tea. A pure varietal expression on the palate with medium weight red fruit balanced with acidity and fine tannins for a delicious dry finish."
