Produced with Malvasia grapes handpicked when they reach their optimum ripeness, good acidity and balanced sugar. After maceration under low temperatures, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Bottling takes place some weeks after vintage to get a fresh and fruity wine.
